Ms. AJ Jackson is one of the new 7th-grade science teachers. She is fabulous at her job, and her personality is outstanding. Ms. Jackson teaches 7th-grade advanced science and 7th-grade on-level science. She always makes sure that her students are working and on task.
Ms. Jackson studied at the University of Houston. Before coming to McLean, Ms. Jackson was teaching in Dallas ISD. She has been to many different countries because she was a flight attendant. Another cool fact about her is that a few days before the new school year started, she was in Hong Kong for over a week. Ms. Jackson decided to come to McLean Middle School because she wanted to try something different. She wanted to teach science and saw we had a position and took it! Ms. Jackson also just moved to the area, so this position was perfect for her.
We’re excited to have a new face in our science department, and we hope to see you for many years to come! If you ever see Ms. Jackson in the hallways, please give her a wonderful McLean welcome, the Cardinal spirit welcome, and treat her with kindness and respect – the way she treats all her students.
