Dress to Impress came to a rise early this year. It is a fashion game where players have 5 minutes to make an outfit that goes with the chosen theme. When the time is up, the first person goes down the runway and the players vote 1-5 stars based on how they like their outfit. Then player 2 goes, and then player 3, etc. You can also play in freeplay mode where you can make any outfit you want with no time limit. The game won 3 trophies at the roblox innovation awards for Builderman’s Choice of Excellence, Best New Experience, and Best Creative Direction. This game is really fun and once you start, you can’t stop! Sadly, it is not uncommone to experience unfair voting in the game which could make it not as enjoyable. I gave this game an 8/10.
Squid Games on roblox made its rise after season two of the popular Netflix series made a stand. There are many different versions of Squid Games on roblox but the two most popular versions are, “Shrimp Game”, and “Squid Game O” The games are really fun and include all the games from the show. In some versions of the game, you can use in-game money (robux) to play as a guard where you eliminate the players which introduces an alternative, fun way to be immersed in the game. However, Roblox Squid Games are also very difficult on a skill base (and its hard not to rage quit and crash out!). Another con is that the games can get repetitive making it not as fun (I’ve played these games before!). But overall this game is really entertaining;I rate it a 7/10.
Murder Mystery 2, or mm2, is a game where each round, one person is chosen to be the sheriff, one person to be the murderer, and then everyone else is chosen to be innocent. The murderer’s job is pretty obvious. Their goal is to kill everyone, and if they succeed, they win the round! The sheriff’s job is to find the murderer. The sheriff is equipped with a weapon that can be used on anyone. If the sheriff chooses the wrong person, then they are elminated from the round and someone else can take the weapon. If the murderer kills the sheriff, then someone from the innocents group can take the weapon. If the sheriff or whoever has the weapon kills the murderer, then the innocents win the round. The game has many fun maps that players vote on before each round. The maps have many places to hide and run, and although the game is very fun, there are some minor things that can annoy the players such as camping, hiding, and having to wait a long time to get an immersive role. I give this game an 8/10.
Doors is a horror game created by LSPLASH. In this game, you have to try to get to door 100. Even though it sounds easy, it is very challenging! There are many entities that can try to kill you while you attempt to reach door 100. There are also some boss-like entities in the game such as Seek (who appears around door 30), and Figure (who appears at door 50). There are many entities in this game, so I will only list a few; Rush is an entity that can appear anywhere. He can easily be spotted by flcikering lights and gives the player the incentive to hide in a wardrobe or under a bed as fast as they can. Screech is an entity that appears in dark rooms. If you hear something go “psst” in your ear, that means it is near and you need to look around for it. Staring it in the eyes will scare it away. Eyes is an entity that can spawn behind any door. You have to be careful when walking through doors if you see a purple glow then look down. If you stare at Eyes in then it will take away your health. The only thing that can really make this game annoying is that you need to hear to play as there are many sound cues that indicate an entity is near. Otherwise though, this game is very fun; I give this game a 10/10!

In this…. creative fighting game, you can beef with other players and then fight them in the most fun ways possible. You can snatch people’s wigs, grow long nails, stomp on people, and even take funny pictures of your avatar and send them to other players. This game is a perfect way to mix roleplay games in with fighting games. This game can definitely entertain you, but it can be annoying at times. It can be frustrating when you lose a battle with someone else and it can get a little boring, but despite those problems, it is a pretty decent game. I give it a 6/10.
