I’ve been a huge fan of Greek yogurt, and Greek yogurt actually has some benefits. Greek yogurt has way more protein compared to the regular yogurt that we all love and know. Greek yogurt also improves your bone health, your gut health, lowers blood pressure, and builds more mass to your muscles. It’s really good when you pair it with granola or fruit. Although this article is for breakfast, and not lunch, I still would highly recommend packing up some Greek yogurt for your lunch aswell.

I cannot use any words just to describe how amazing eggs are. As a matter of fact, eggs are really healthy. They are really high in protein, supports eye health, and helps with losing weight. Eggs are a great way to start your day!
