Do you have a passion for cheer or want to try something new out? Well, McLean Cheer Tryouts are on March 23rd at 9am in the gym. Trying out for cheer might be good if you are good at tumbling or fairly flexible. It’s a great way to meet new people and you could even try for cheer captain. You could gain new skills like doing cartwheels, learning how to spot people, and doing flips. Cheer is a selective sport, but there are spots for all shapes and sizes! If you are thinking that you are too small or tall to even be in cheer, think again. There are many positions such as flyer and backspot.
