After a very long and successful volleyball season it has finally come to an end. The season has had its fair share of ups and downs but nonetheless it has been a very fun season. The season started with a game against Benbrook, and will end against Monnig.
The season has been described as very fun and memorable, but here are some quotes: “I think the volleyball season was very fun and a great learning experience. I became better friends with everyone on the team too!” by Leah Kerstetter a hitter from 7th grade A team. Another one is, ” The season was fun and a great learning experience it helped me advance my volleyball skills even further!” by Grayson Polanski, a setter for the 7th grade A team. Now, here are some from the 7th graders on B team: ” At first the season started shaky but after we warmed up to each other we grew as a team and that is something I will cherish. I loved this season and I’m excited to come back in the future.” by Clara Schkade a defensive specialist for the 7th grade B team. In addition, here is one from Imaan Holcomb a hitter for the 7th grade B team ” The volleyball season was very stressful and tiring but nonetheless it was very fun.”
To conclude this great season, we’d like to thank the coaches for giving us great tips and being supportive throughout the season. With their great coaching skills, both teams came away from the season undefeated. They also made many friendships and memories that they will cherish for the rest of their lives. We look forward to the next volleyball season! Go Cardinals!
