The McLean library is a great place to visit on your free time, a nice quiet place to find amazing books to read. However, returning the books when your done is pretty crucial to do. The only way for someone else to read the book is for you to return it back to the library. Furthermore, the books you checked out will eventually become overdue, by then you absolutely have to return them. Failing to do so may result in a fee you have to pay the school.

All the books in the library are school property, most of which were purchased by the school and are not yours to keep. They are to be checked out and then simply returned once you are done reading it.

Have some dignity and return your books.
