Cross-Country, The First Week

Every sport at Mclean has a little running involved but cross-country has the most. Cross-country started on Wednesday of last week and we ran around the block. Every Thursday is a track day where we run around the track as many times as we can and only get to walk a little bit. On Friday we ran a little more, about 2 miles.

On Monday it was raining so we ran laps around inside the building. Tuesday was a track day so we did the same as Thursday, On Wednesday we ran to foster park and back. Thursday we practiced running 1.5  miles for our first meet this Saturday so wish us luck!
